• The price guarantee applies to both in-store and online purchases
• It is only valid for a competitor’s advertised price from an authorized Australian dealer/retailer of the product
• Exclusions apply to products sold through third-party sellers like eBay or Facebook Marketplace
• To qualify for the price guarantee, the competitor’s product must be new and available in the same model, size, colour, and year (if relevant). Products that are seconds, ex-demo, display models, or part of clearance or liquidation sales, are not eligible
• Any applicable shipping or handling fees and taxes will be considered when comparing prices
• Items covered by the price guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes
• Cash back offers, free or bonus items, or voucher promotions are not included in the price guarantee, nor are items advertised at incorrect prices
• The price guarantee is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice, as determined by Ridge Living Australia
